JDPA-1002/4 Digital Pulse Analyzer
Introduction
The JDPA-1002/4 Digital Pulse Analyzer is specially designed for high-speed pulse signal acquisition. A single host can provide 2 or 4 acquisition channels. Using clock synchronization unit, it can build more channel systems. The system meets the signal processing requirements of various nuclear detectors, covering energy measurement, time measurement and particle identification commonly used in nuclear physics. It can also be used in non-nuclear fields such as time-of-flight mass spectrometer, fluorescence lifetime measurement, etc.
The system supports any pulse signal input with exponential decay characteristics. The ADC maximum sampling frequency can reach 1GHz, and alternate sampling can be extended to 2GHz. With onboard high-speed large-capacity DDR3 memory, it can cache a large amount of data in real time. High-speed USB or Ethernet interface can quickly transfer the acquired data to the computer.
