Introduction

GammaSense is a commercialγ developed by the company; Spectrum acquisition and analysis software, which can run on WINDOWS operating system or Kirin operating system. This software is compatible with all electronics and equipment of our company, integrating functions such as spectrometer control, energy spectrum acquisition, data analysis, and data report generation.
       
        Built in high-performance spectral analysis algorithm, supporting variousγ Spectral analysis and application, with built-in multiple spectral analysis engines, suitable for NaI and LaBr3、 HPGe, CdZnTe, etc.γ Energy spectrum analysis of spectrometer.

 

Software features:

  • l  Spectrometer Control: Supports our company's full range of multi-channel spectrometers, including multi-channel connections, parameter settings, control acquisition/stop, etc;
  • l  Spectral acquisition: Supports obtaining spectral data from multiple channels (channel address range 512~65536), and supports simultaneous acquisition of multiple windows;
  • l  Multiple stop measurement conditions can be set, such as real-time, active time, area of interest counting, etc., and automatic measurement can also be set;
  • l  Energy Scale: Supports linear and polynomial energy scales, and scale files can be stored or called; Support automatic energy calibration of scintillation or semiconductor detector spectra, software automatically matches the characteristic energy corresponding to ROI peaks and completes energy calibration, and can achieve automatic energy calibration in the absence of standard sources or calibration sources; For measuring some or all of the HPGe spectra generated by single energy and multi energy radiation sources recommended in GB/T 16145-2022, automatic energy calibration can be achieved;
  • l  Efficiency Scale: Supports automatic calculation of efficiency, real-time display of scale curves, and storage or retrieval of scale files; Support automatic efficiency calibration, the software automatically calculates the ROI peak efficiency value for each identified nuclide based on standard source activity information and inputs it, completing the efficiency calibration automatically;
  • l  Peak shape parameters: Support real-time display of peak shape parameters, users can freely set 1/X height and width;
  • l  Built in peak fitting algorithm: capable of fitting NaI and LaBr3, Adaptive fitting and real-time display of any energy spectrum of CZT and HPGe detectors;
  • l  Heavy Peak Analysis: Supports heavy peak analysis function, allowing users to view peak information of heavy peaks, including resolution, net area, etc;
  • l  Nuclide library:
    • Ø   Built in multiple nuclide libraries, including all isotope libraries, basic libraries, industrial libraries, medical libraries, natural libraries, etc., allowing for operations such as adding, modifying, and deleting isotopes and nuclides;
    • Ø   All isotope libraries contain all x/&gamma emissions from over 3000 known radioactive isotopes in the IAEA nuclear database; Energy information, including nuclide, energy, branching ratio and its uncertainty, half-life and its uncertainty, decay type, decaying nuclide and decay branching ratio, convenient for users to query and edit custom libraries;
    • Ø   Multiple search criteria can be used to search for data in the nuclide library, including searching for nuclides and energy separately, searching for combinations of nuclides and branching ratios, and searching for combinations of energy, branching ratios, and half-life;
  • l  Multiple ways to mark regions of interest (ROIs): supports manual dragging of boxes to mark ROIs, double clicking to automatically search for single peaks to mark ROIs, setting the range of track locations to mark ROIs, and automatic peak searching to mark ROIs;
  • l  When calculating activity, background subtraction, decay correction, self absorption correction, and conformity addition correction are supported; Different gamma values of the same nuclide; Peak, while considering branch ratio and efficiency scaling factor, calculate activity through weighted average, calculate and report weighted average MDA;
  • l  Energy spectrum analysis and report export: with fully automated analysis function, the report is provided in TXT/EXCEL/PDF files, including nuclide identification, energy information, counting information, activity information, etc., which can be easily printed out;
  • l  Support automatic spectrum stabilization function;
  • l  Support user management, able to establish custom accounts, manage account permissions, record operation logs, etc;
