RG-220 Charge Sensitive Preamplifier
Introduction
The RG-220 Charge Sensitive Preamplifier produced by Jiechuang Nuclear Instruments (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. is a miniaturized charge sensitive preamplifier. This preamplifier is specially optimized for semiconductor detectors, with extremely low system noise level, especially suitable for Au-Si surface barrier detectors, PIPS ion-implanted silicon detectors, CdZnTe detectors, etc. This preamplifier uses single power supply and can provide: +12V, +5V two power supply versions. This preamplifier can work in low power mode (power consumption less than 3mW) and high performance mode (power consumption less than 100mW).
