  Introduction

  Alpha spectrometer is one of the most important laboratory measurement instruments for quantitative measurement of alpha content in samples, and it is also the most precise instrument for alpha spectrum measurement. Its electronics include nuclear electronics, gas path control, pressure monitoring, communication and power supply units, etc. The design is difficult and the development cycle is long. Combined with the above characteristics, the company developed the alpha spectrometer electronics core board based on semiconductor detectors.

  This core board integrates a complete 2-channel semiconductor detector readout system, which can be controlled and called separately. The integrated design considers electromagnetic compatibility issues. Rich communication interfaces can meet different user needs. The core board uses NIM chassis as the maximum envelope dimension. Users can develop alpha spectrometer systems based on NIM plugins and desktop alpha spectrometer systems.
