JCF032EB Multi-Channel Pulse Processing Chip
Introduction
JCF032EB is a 32-channel universal readout chip designed for nuclear radiation detector readout. It has energy and time readout functions, with low noise and low power consumption; with convenient readout control logic, it can easily achieve sparse, neighbor, all-channel and other readout schemes. The chip's original amplification is suitable for Si-PIN, CZT and other semiconductor particle detectors without multiplication effect; with smaller gain inside the chip or external charge distribution structure, it can also be used for MaPMT (multi-anode photomultiplier tube), GEM (gas electron multiplier) and other detectors with certain gain.
